Pictures and files on any sitemap page, launch readiness on the Board for each website version (counted by page, with a list of what blocks the launch), Ask AI kept inside each project, and a fix for adding copy in Copy Review. Also: sort the sitemap your way. In the table view, click a column header (Page, URL, Status, Version or Copy) to sort. Click again to reverse it, and a third time to go back to menu order. On the map, use the new “Sort” menu in the toolbar. Sorting is a view only. Pages are sorted within each section, and your menu order never changes. While a view is sorted, dragging and the ↑/↓ buttons are off, and “↺ Menu order” switches back.

File downloads you can trust: uploaded files now always download as the real file, under their original name. Uploads refuse empty files and web pages saved under a document's name, and links to Microsoft 365 documents now remind people that only those they're shared with can open them.
