The short answers.
Why is it priced this way?
We do one thing — connect structure, copy, review and sign-off — and price it for small teams. One workspace is $19 a month with your whole team included.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick a plan in Billing. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and you can subscribe any time to pick up where you left off.
Is it really unlimited people?
Yes. The price is per workspace, not per seat. Invite your whole team, your writers, and your freelancers.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use a Google Doc, you can use DraftBay. The workflow shows you the next step, and the built-in AI assistant can answer questions about your project.
Can I bring an existing sitemap or content?
Yes — import an existing site tree, and link copy that already lives in Google Drive, SharePoint, or anywhere with a link. DraftBay holds the links; your files stay where they are.
Does it publish to my website?
Today, approved copy is handed to your designer inside DraftBay and as a spreadsheet with links, ready for Framer, Webflow, WordPress or anything else. Direct publish connectors are coming soon.
How does the Founding Member price work?
The first 100 paying workspaces can lock in $7.99/month (US$95.88, billed once a year) for as long as their subscription stays active. In return, we ask for help testing and two honest posts with a clear disclosure. Full details.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for (the month, or the year for Founding Members).
